Takamol AI ("we") is a pre-incorporation technology venture founded by Ahmed Eltaweel. This policy explains what the website takamol-ai.web.app and its demos collect and why.
What we collect
- Google sign-in (optional, only to try the AI features of the demos): your name, email address and profile photo as provided by Google, plus the date of your first and last visit, the number of visits, which demos you tried, your interface language and, if present, the campaign source or referring site.
- Contact form: the name, organisation, reply contact and message you choose to send.
- AI requests: the text you type into a demo is sent to Google's Gemini service to generate an answer. Do not enter personal, health or confidential data — all demos run on synthetic sample data.
- Visit statistics (all visitors): Google Analytics records aggregate page views, approximate country and city, the referring site and the device type, so we know where visitors come from. Its advertising features (Google signals and ad personalisation) are switched off.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
Why
To let you try the demos within a fair free daily quota per user, to prevent abuse, to understand which products interest visitors, and to reply to your messages.
Where it is stored
On Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication). AI requests pass through a Cloudflare Worker that adds no storage of your text. Access to stored data is restricted by security rules to the account owner.
Retention and your rights
Usage records are kept while the demo programme runs and for at most 24 months. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time through the contact form; we answer within 30 days. We aim to follow Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

We will update this page and its date when the policy changes.

«تكامل AI» مشروع تقني في مرحلة ما قبل التأسيس، أسسه أحمد الطويل. توضح هذه السياسة ما يجمعه موقع takamol-ai.web.app وعروضه ولماذا.
ما نجمعه
- تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google (اختياري، فقط لتجربة مزايا الذكاء الاصطناعي في العروض): الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وصورة الحساب كما يقدمها Google، وتاريخ أول وآخر زيارة، وعدد الزيارات، والعروض التي جرّبتها، ولغة الواجهة، ومصدر الزيارة إن وُجد.
- استمارة التواصل: الاسم والجهة ووسيلة الرد والرسالة التي تختار إرسالها.
- طلبات الذكاء الاصطناعي: النص الذي تكتبه داخل العرض يُرسل إلى خدمة Gemini من Google لتوليد الإجابة. لا تُدخل بيانات شخصية أو صحية أو سرية؛ كل العروض تعمل ببيانات تجريبية.
- إحصاءات الزيارة (لكل الزوار): تسجّل خدمة Google Analytics أعدادًا مجمّعة لمشاهدات الصفحات، والدولة والمدينة التقريبية، والموقع الذي جاء منه الزائر، ونوع الجهاز، لنعرف من أين يأتي زوارنا. وخصائصها الإعلانية (Google signals وتخصيص الإعلانات) معطّلة.
لا نستخدم أدوات تتبع إعلانية، ولا نبيع البيانات الشخصية أو نؤجرها، ولا نستخدم بياناتك لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.
لماذا
لإتاحة تجربة العروض ضمن حصة يومية مجانية عادلة لكل مستخدم، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، ومعرفة المنتجات التي تهم الزوار، والرد على رسائلكم.
أين تُحفظ
على Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore وFirebase Authentication). تمر طلبات الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر خدمة Cloudflare Worker لا تخزّن نصك. والوصول إلى البيانات المحفوظة مقصور بقواعد أمان على صاحب الحساب.
مدة الاحتفاظ وحقوقك
تُحفظ سجلات الاستخدام طوال مدة برنامج العروض وبحد أقصى 24 شهرًا. يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها في أي وقت عبر استمارة التواصل، ونرد خلال 30 يومًا. ونسعى للالتزام بقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020.

سنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخها عند تغيير السياسة.
