Ahmed builds Arabic-first AI products at the intersection of regulated industries, actuarial science and production engineering — turning research and operating problems into testable products.
The story behind Takamol
My journey took me from Actuarial / Risk Analyst at Mohandes Insurance, where I built the company's first ISO 31000 risk framework, to Senior Actuarial & Data Analyst at Egypt's Financial Regulatory Authority, where I reviewed the pricing of new life, health and savings products, to AI Product Solution Architect at Konecta Global, where I lead Konecta Sign for sign-language access. In every role I saw the same gap: decisions about people's health, money, services and access too often rest on averages and scattered data rather than clear, trusted insight — and my M.Sc. at Cairo University showed how much more accurately risk can be measured when the right data is used well.
That is what inspired Takamol, which I founded in 2026 — to put every tool I have, from actuarial science to AI, into integrated solutions for insurance and health, government and enterprise, customer experience and accessibility, utilities and talent — all serving one mission: healthier lives, fairer and more accessible services, and better decisions for Egyptian and Arab communities.
Built in Egypt, for the Arab world — with pride, rigor and trust.
